WALK THE WALK

 

In Janet Holm McHenry’s book, Prayer Walk, she talks of 3 “d’s: Discipline, Decision, and Daily. To get out and walk daily requires a decision. You are the only one that can make that decision. After the decision has been made to walk or exercise daily, then you are another step toward discipline. Discipline that will lead to daily walking or exercise.  

Join us on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in the gym anytime between 7-10:00 am to get started on your walking. You may enter through entrances D and K. Walking for 30 minutes a day is great exercise and cost you nothing but time.
