The Bible tell us in Romans 10:9-10 - "if you declare with you mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved."
If you are ready to admit that you are a sinner who is need of a savior, and call on the name of Jesus for His grace and forgiveness (Romans 10:13); tell Him something like this...
God, I know that my sins have separated me from you and there's nothing I could ever do to change that! But right now, I believe that Jesus died in my place and rose again from the dead. I believe that is only through the death and resurrection of Jesus that I can be saved, and I trust in Him to forgive me. Through faith alone, I ask that you would save me from my sins and give me a new relationship with you. Amen!
